Phil provides expert guidance to security and corrections professionals, helping them choose the right stab and spike resistant body armour for their needs. He also supports global clients with our SlashPRO® range, offering certified slash resistant clothing. Known for his approachable style and deep sector knowledge, Phil works closely with frontline teams to deliver practical, trusted protection.
John joins PPSS Group as Group Head of Sales, bringing extensive experience in strategic sales leadership, business development, and successfully driving commercial growth across multiple sectors.
With a strong focus on delivering value-led solutions and expanding market reach, John is responsible for leading the global sales strategy and supporting the continued growth of PPSS Group’s brands across the UK and worldwide.
Alastair leads sales for CutPRO®, helping industrial clients in glass, metal, and manufacturing choose the right cut-resistant clothing for their safety needs. With deep knowledge of BSIF-certified PPE and Cut-Tex® PRO fabric, he delivers solutions that balance protection, comfort, and performance. Known for his practical approach and long-term partnerships, Alastair is trusted by clients to keep teams safe and productive.
Chris is Head of People & Compliance at PPSS Group, bringing over ten years’ experience across finance, administration, and operations. He leads the people function and compliance strategy with a focus on integrity, transparency, and employee wellbeing. Known for his flexible and detail-driven approach, Chris is passionate about building strong teams, streamlining processes, and supporting the organisation’s growth.
Ethan leads the global marketing strategy for PPSS Group, overseeing the strategic direction and execution of all marketing activity across its brands: PPSS Group, BitePRO®, STRONGTEX, CutPRO®, and SlashPRO®. Responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, and creative development, he ensures each brand effectively communicates its commitment to safety, innovation, and the protection of lives worldwide.
